We introduce you to LoriAnn Garner in this segment. She is an Ideal Life Vision Couch and Physical Health Guru. She explains how physical exercise essentially saved her life when she was experiencing a very traumatic and depressing time in her life. She encourages EVERYONE to simply force yourself to get out of bed and do something physically that you enjoy. She says to hula hoop, walk around the block, or anything that you can make yourself do to be active and she explains that this is essential for having a healthy mind, body, and spirit. You do not have to overexert yourself or push to the point of exhaustion. Just do anything you can to be active and keep moving forward because exercise is healing.
