Healing through Writing

Through many studies it is found that journaling and simply writing is very healing and even more successful than taking antidepressants. Just write. It does not have to be writing about your problems or anything specific at all; the bottom line is just to write. You can throw it away, tear it up, or burn it if you want because you do not need to keep what you write, you just need to take the time to journal. Many people find it healing to vent and just get everything out and others find that doing that keeps your mind on the negative things. So, find what works for you and write about that. You will find healing through writing.
